Delivery & Order Information:

• Exclusively for Retailers: We deliver solely to retailers.
• Minimum Order: The minimum order amount is €250.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via wire transfer, bank card, credit card, and PayPal. Cheques are not accepted.
• Payment Deadline: Bumkins Europe / First Steps Holland BV reserves the right to cancel confirmed orders if payment is not received within 5 working days from the order confirmation.
• Order Processing: We strive to ship orders within 72 hours (on working days) upon receiving payment.
• Stock Availability: If any items are not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
• International Orders: If Bumkins Europe /First Steps Holland BV or one of its brands is represented in your country, you can place an order with us. Invoicing will be handled directly by us, but for service-related issues, you can contact your local representative.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs apply as outlined on this page.

We kindly request that all our customers respect the recommended retail prices. Exceptions may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
