These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements concerning online orders between First Steps Holland BV and the customer. First Steps Holland BV reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the content of its website at any time. The latest version of the terms and conditions can always be found on this page. By placing an order on our website, the customer accepts these terms and conditions without reservation.
### Article 1. General
1.1 These conditions apply to all agreements related to online orders between First Steps Holland BV (hereinafter referred to as "First Steps") and the customer.
1.2 First Steps reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
1.3 By placing an order with First Steps, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in full.
1.4 First Steps is the official fulfillment partner for **Bumkins** on its B2B platform, available at **b2b.bumkins.eu**. All orders placed through this platform are subject to these terms and conditions.

### Article 2. Prices and Offers
2.1 All prices on **b2b.bumkins.eu** are listed in euros and are exclusive of VAT.
2.2 Shipping costs are not included in these prices. The delivery costs are calculated at checkout and consist of packing, shipping, and handling fees.
2.3 For deliveries outside the Netherlands, the customer will bear the shipping costs regardless of order size.
2.4 First Steps is entitled to adjust prices and other conditions before an order is finalized.
2.5 Offers are valid only while supplies last and within the specified time frame. Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders.
2.6 Promotional discounts are valid only if payment is received within 5 business days after the end of the promotion. If payment is delayed, the discount will be voided.
2.7 Coupon or discount codes must be entered before checkout and cannot be applied afterward.
2.8 Promotional codes are only valid for the products specified in the promotion. If a promotional product is returned, any associated promotional discount will be void, and unreturned free items will be charged at the full price.
2.9 First Steps is not responsible for errors in pricing or product descriptions due to misprints or technical issues. Incorrect price information is non-binding.

### Article 3. Payment
3.1 Payments can be made using one of the available methods at checkout.
3.2 When paying by bank transfer, the order will be processed once the payment is credited to First Steps’ account.
3.3 Transaction fees for certain payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
3.4 Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
3.5 If payment is not received within 5 working days, the order will be automatically canceled.

### Article 4. Delivery
4.1 First Steps uses trusted delivery partners for shipping, and orders are processed and shipped upon receipt of payment.
4.2 Shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly stated in the order confirmation.
4.3 The customer must verify the received order immediately upon delivery to ensure it matches the order confirmation and is complete and undamaged.
4.4 Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at checkout. First Steps is not liable for incorrect delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4.5 First Steps is not responsible for delivery issues caused by postal services or third-party couriers.
4.6 First Steps strives to deliver orders within 2 business days after payment, but delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. If delivery exceeds 30 days, the customer has the right to cancel the order.
4.7 Customers will be notified by email if any product is temporarily out of stock.

### Article 5. Refusal of Orders
5.1 A sales agreement is only finalized upon acceptance of the order by First Steps.
5.2 First Steps reserves the right to refuse orders or impose special delivery conditions. If an order is not accepted, the customer will be notified within 10 days.

### Article 6. Retention of Title
6.1 Ownership of delivered goods remains with First Steps until the purchase price is paid in full. Risk passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the specified address.
6.2 If the customer fails to accept delivery, any resulting damage or costs will be borne by the customer.

### Article 7. Returns
7.1 Orders can only be returned with prior approval from First Steps and must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Customers must notify First Steps via email at info@bumkins.eu to initiate the return process.
7.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7.3 Discounted products with a 50% or greater reduction are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
7.4 Returned products must be in their original, undamaged packaging, with original labels and tags attached. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
7.5 First Steps reserves the right to refuse returns or offer partial refunds if it is suspected that the products have been used or damaged.
7.6 Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned items.

### Article 8. Complaints
8.1 If a product does not meet your expectations, you can submit a complaint via email to info@bumkins.eu within 7 days of receiving your order.
8.2 We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Return postage costs will be refunded if the complaint is upheld.
8.3 Complaints will be handled within 30 days of submission.
8.4 If the offered solution is not satisfactory, you may cancel the order within 7 days, subject to the terms in Article 7.
8.5 Warranty is void if the customer attempts to repair defects or does not follow provided instructions.
